    Photo taken on Aug. 10, 2010 shows a flooded road in Weishahe Township of Linjiang, northeast China's Jilin Province. Torrential rain attacked Linjiang on July 31, with a record-high precipitation of 165.3mm. The rain-triggered flood resulted in cut of water and power supply in towns, leaving 9 dead and 3 missing.
