Wang Fulin was born in April, 1946. He is president of the Heilongjiang Northern Painting and Calligraphy Institute, member of the China Artists Association, National Class-A Artist, National Class-A author and National Class-A composer.

He has published dozens of works on art, literature, music, calligraphy and social science. In the 1970s, he published many comics and Chinese paintings. His works were collected by the 鈥淩evolution History Museum鈥?and regular museums He has also published ten thousands of different kinds of art works.
