The following is a biographical sketch of Zhang Rongming, who was elected vice-chairwoman of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Thursday: Zhang Rongming Female, born in June 1944, of Han ethnic group, native of Ningbo City in Zhejiang Province.
