Heilongjiang's new regulations on the minors protection will take effect from October 1st this year.
As one of the first provinces in China issued protection regulations for minors, Heilongjiang's legislative body revised the law last week, by adding new details for young children protection.
The new regulations stipulate parents or guardians should provide correct guidance to prevent minors from tobacco use, drinking, gambling and puppy love.
Schools are forbidden to announce class rank by the results of the exams or leak information of young children.
No commercial dancing halls or cyber bars are allowed to establish within 200 meters from schools. No tobaccos or liquors are allowed to be sold to minors.
