Heilongjiang Province is now focusing on building two agricultural machinery industrial parks in Harbin and Jiamusi. The two parks will realize a revenue of over ten billion yuan in three years and to create a new agricultural machinery manufacturing base.

It is understood that there are 59 projects which are building and plan to build agricultural equipment. Harbin Agricultural Machinery Industry Park which has set up research systems, imported foreign well-known large agricultural enterprises to gradually form an agricultural machinery and equipment machinery industry group. Jiamusi Agricultural Machinery Industrial Park imported the main body of investment, put harvesting machinery as a key priority and sped up the straw baler construction machines and other agricultural products ridge research and development pace. According to reports, the sales income will reach 23.4 billion yuan after the 59 projects have been completed.
