    Two harbor seals swim in ice water at the ecological seal bay near Yantai City, east China's Shandong Province, Jan. 13, 2010. Affected by the cold wave, over 60 harbor seals living in this water area were trapped by ice. Workers of the scenic area broke ice and put in food to help harbor seals return to their normal life.
