Lady GaGa has been named the most listened-to artist of the year on Last.fm.

The singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, amassed around 18.5 million listens of her album The Fame on the music website throughout 2009.

GaGa's LP collected six million more clicks than its nearest rival The Killers' Day & Age.
