Brief Introduction of the 7th China Harbin Fair
The 7th China Harbin Fair was held from June 15 to June 21, 1996 in Heilongjiang International Exhibition Center. Delegations and businessmen from Russia, Ukraine, Byelorussia, Kazakstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, USA, United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Singapore, New Zealand, Italy, Australia, Malaysia as well as some delegations from mainland China have attended the fair. The total transaction value reached US$7.083 billion. That includes US$359 million on trade ($141 million on exportation, $218 on importation), total US$278 million on foreign capital investment with 58 agreements (including US$160 on contract), US$146 million on economic & technology cooperation contracts, exporting labor of 160 people. There were also 128 agreements signed on domestic transversal economic unification, attracting investment of RMB63 million.
Main Transactions
1. Harbin Taihe Industrial Co. Ltd and Shanghai Yifa Industrial Co. Ltd signed the contract on producing water based oil. The total investment is RMB11.5 million, estimated production value is RMB70 million and 11million of tax.
2. Harbin Chaoyang Village Dasheng Wool Factory and Zhejiang Jaixing Lihai Silk Factory cooperated to make high quality sweater at larger scale.
3. Hegang Municipal Government, Lobe County Government and Hongkong Kunlun Company jointly cooperated and developed MingShan Port project, total investment is RMB250 million.
4. Hegang Sanxing Industrial Co. Ltd and Hong Kong Kunlun Company cooperated and invested RMB7 million to form Heilongjiang Fatiannu Clothes Co. Ltd.
5. Wangkui Linen Textile Factory and Taiwan Dianzhang Company cooperated and invested RMB7.47 million to form Heilongjiang Yongpeng Linen Textile Co. Ltd.
6. Suihua Bureau of Construction and Japanese Zhaori Co. Ltd cooperated and invested RMB6 million on Suihua Water Park project in People's Park.
7. Suihua Flour Rice Factory and Huanyan Int'l Investment (HK) Co. Ltd cooperated and invested RMB8.5million on fruit glucose syrup project
8. Jiamusi Import & Export Co. signed contract with Russian New Siberia "Jiaxin" Company for importing & exporting candy, apple, orange, flour, clothes, steel, wood and paper, total value is US$3.2 million.
9. Dongfang Group and American KaiFeiDa Int'l Investment Company, Wuchang Tiexi Industrial Group signed contract of RMB170 million on product of soybean protein and insulin project.
10. Harbin Tianxing Industrial Company and Japan TOM Co. Ltd signed contract of US$10.4 million on food producing project. |
