Actress Brigitte Lin Ching Hsia's screen debut "Outside the window" premiered in Taipei on Saturday after being banned for thirty-five years, according to 163.com.

All eighty-eight tickets were quickly sold-out as the film premiered as a retrospective of its late director Tsu-shou Sung. The fans were eager to see the innocent looks of nineteen-year-old Brigitte Lin in this film.

Brigitte Lin won her fame in the film "Outside the window" in which she played Jiang Yanrong, a high school student who fell in love with her teacher. Author Chiung Yao protested the release of the film in Taiwan citing copyright issues. (Northeast web)
