Materials
Fat-lean Pork 300 g (fatter)
Ginger 6 slices
Salt 1 tbsp
Yellow Wine some
Sauce in saucer
Light Soy Sauce 3 tbsp
Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
Minced Red Pepper 1 tbsp
Sugar a little
Steps
1) Boil water with salt, yellow wine and sliced ginger
2) Put fat-lean pork in when water is boiled
3) Boil in low heat until pork fully cooked
4) Take out pork and cut into thin slices after pork cool
5) Dish up, serve with sauce
