On the 16^th, the head of Commerce Department of Heilongjiang Province Meng Xiangjun expressed in “2016 Heilongjiang this year” news conference that by the end of 2016. There were 19 platforms of cross border e-commerce in Heilongjiang Province. It contains commodity sales, logistics, payment trade match and integrated services and other business scope of Cross-border e-commerce industry chain. It cultivated Ruston, Dongning Daetong, TradeEase, Epinduo and other mainland platforms of cross border e-commerce.

Up to now, Harbin and Daqing were approved as national e-commerce model cities by NDRC ( National Development and Reform Commission ). Harbin, Mudanjiang,Suifenhe were approved as pilot cities of cross-border trade e-commerce services by General Administration of Customs. Harbin Economic and Technological Development Zone, Suifenhe Border Economic Cooperation Zone, Daqing E-commerce Industrial Park were approved as demonstration bases of national e-commerce by Commerce Department. Heilongjiang Saige International Trade Limited Company, Heihe Zhongji E-commerce Limited Liability Company, to Russia cross-border e-commerce and logistics enterprise of Heilongjiang Ruston international logistics Limited Company were approved as model enterprises of e-commerce by Commerce Department.
