An economic fugitive has been returned to China from Cambodia amid the campaign to capture fugitives overseas.

The suspect, identified as Su, was once a bank employee in south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.

He fled to Cambodia via Vietnam in May and was returned yesterday.

The man is suspected of fundraising fraud.

He was captured on June 13 in Phnom Penh by a team sent from China.

Su is the latest among 200 economic fugitives who have been handed back to China from more than 30 countries and regions since this year's Fox Hunt operation started in April.
