銆€銆€A businessman from east China said Sunday that he got a lot out of his Chinese version of "lunch with Warren Buffet," during a lunch date between him and the Chinese property mogul Ren Zhiqiang last Wednesday, Gmw.cn reports.

銆€銆€Chen Lei, from Shandong Province, won the chance to have the talk with Ren by bidding 450,000 yuan (72,270 US dollars) a month ago.

銆€銆€Chen said he sent Shandong's local product Dezhou braised chicken to Ren as a gift, while Ren gave him books he had written in return. Ren treated Chen to a meal of hot pot in Ren's restaurant in Beijing and the lunch time did not count towards the three-hour discussion.

銆€銆€The talk started from 1:30 pm and ended at 4:30 pm after lunch. Their topics covered politics, society, public welfare and enterprise management, but not a word about the real estate business.

銆€銆€Chen joked that he felt he earned 225,000 yuan through the talk with Ren.
