As one of three top ice sculpture events in the world, The 27th China Harbin International Ice Sculpture Competition closed on Jan. 8th. 24 top delegations from 7 countries showed exquisite ice sculpture art works to audiences from home and abroad. “Snow Motor Bicycles” from Amur, Russia were carved perfectly. It received the first prize by its exquisite techniques, unique artistic idea and vivid conception.  |
