    China Urban Competitiveness Seminar published 27 issues of ranking list of classified advantages of China’s cities. “The list of the Happiest Cities in China 2012” draws the most attention. Harbin is ranked the 7th with the total score of 91.66.

    The top 10 is: Qingdao, Hangzhou, Huizhou, Chengdu, Changchun, Nanjing, Harbin, Yantai, Suzhou and Chongqing.
