From Nov. 16th, Russian Iraero Airlines will open an international flight from Harbin to Irkutsk.

It is known that the flight will be carried out by the CRJ200 of Russian Iraero Airlines. It will be available every Friday. The specific take off times are as follows; departs from Irkutsk at 10:00 and arrives in Harbin at 12:30; it takes off from Harbin at 13:30 and arrives in Irkutsk at 16:00 (the above time is Beijing time).
