銆€銆€The Entry-Exit Management Division of the Harbin Bureau of Public Security has launched additional priority windows for the sick and the elderly, as well as offered Visa appointment services for foreigners. This year, the division has already provided foreign enterprises with appointment services 32 times, handling more than 300 visas through urgent services.

銆€銆€According to the introduction, a “Rapid process” is carried out in the reception hall at present, realizing self-service for the re-endorsements of laissez-passer to HK & Macau. In addition, the division starts using semi-automatic machines to deliver certifications, cutting 75%of the waiting time. Meanwhile, online consultation, reservation reception and query functions are also available now. Besides, the division launched a series of services for the foreigners such as a “door-to-door service” and an “appointment service”, and successfully established "Contact system”, “Return visit system” and “Visit system” with foreign enterprises.
