Wang Limin, born in Harbin in 1957, is a member of Chinese Poetry Academy, a member Academic Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, vice-president of the study of literary criticism in Heilongjiang Province. He is also vice-president of the Heilongjiang Poetry Association, vice-president of Heilongjiang Calligraphers Association, director of Heilongjiang Painters Association and member of Xiling Seal Association.

His calligraphy works have taken part in The First International Youth Calligraphy Exhibition and were selected in the Sixth National Middle-aged and Youth Exhibition. His seal works were selected in the Fourth Seal Works Exhibition of Xiling Seal Association and The Second International Sealing Calligraphy Works Exhibition of Xiling Seal Association.
