    On Jan.9th, The First Ice and Snow Landscape Oil Painting Exhibition held by Dabeifang Oil Painting Base opened in Harbin. The exhibition shows nearly 70 works from 20 artists. The works display characteristic cold land and black soil with an ice and snow theme.
