Heilongjiang Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau Mohe Agency assumed the role of quality inspection for all Russian crude oil imports.  The director of the agency said 鈥?From the result of the inspection, the crude oil meets the standards agreed by both sides.鈥?br />

China-Russia crude oil pipeline is from the Russian Far East crude oil pipeline Skovorodino substation, passed through the Chinese-Russian border, by way of China's Heilongjiang Province and Inner Mongolia autonomous region and the end is Daqing, Heilongjiang Province. It designs to transport oil 15 million tons and the most oil quantity is the annual 30 million tons.

China Petroleum Pipeline Company Jiagedaqi transportation oil branch manager, Zhang Shibin who managed crude oil pipeline between China and Russia Mohe Nen River section said that from 24:00 on 1st January,  China-Russia crude oil pipeline safety running 365 days. There was no accident. The measurement condition is normal.
