Heilongjiang will hold a provincial examination on December 26th in the capital city to recruit civil servants for the local administrative departments, according to the Personnel and Social Security Department. Over 67,600 applicants have registered for this year's exam, making a new record.

Provincial Supervision Department will make great efforts to prevent high-tech cheating including shielding internet signals in order to guarantee the exam will be conducted in a more equal and fair way.
