This is Guoniu Animal Husbandry, and it's currently housing 60,000 Angus cattle. In the past, cattle farmers often described a seasonal pattern: "Cattle grow fat in summer and autumn but turn thin in winter; some even die in spring." This saying reflected the challenges after the abundant summer and autumn feeding seasons – calves born in winter would be weaned only to face feed shortages in spring, resulting in lower survival rates. By leveraging the natural advantages of the 47th parallel north, modern agriculture has upgraded traditional raising methods. Winter has been turned into a "prime season" for cattle rearing.
