Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province will raise its urban minimum living allowance standard from 780 yuan to 827 yuan per person per month in 2026. The rural standard will be increased from 585 yuan to 632 yuan per person per month.
Additionally, the basic living benefit standards for both urban and rural extremely impoverished individuals will be raised. The urban standard will increase from 1,014 yuan to 1,076 yuan per person per month, while the rural standard will rise from 761 yuan to 822 yuan.
Furthermore, the provincial guideline standards for subsidies will be adjusted upward. The living subsidy for financially challenged individuals with disabilities and the nursing subsidy for those with severe disabilities will each be raised from 100 yuan to 105 yuan per person per month.
The minimum standard for the basic pension under the urban and rural residents’ basic pension insurance scheme will be increased from 183 yuan to 193 yuan per person per month.
Winter heating subsidies for financially challenged urban and rural families will also see an increase, rising by 90 yuan and 100 yuan, respectively.
