Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province will make concerted efforts to ensure drinking water safety in its rural areas. The maintenance and repair initiative will encompass 995 rural water supply projects across 45 counties (including county-level cities and districts), benefiting a population of approximately 900,000 residents.
