Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province has outlined plans for urban infrastructure upgrades in 2026, aiming to build and renovate 600 kilometers of urban water supply pipelines, 500 kilometers of heating service pipelines, and 500 kilometers of drainage pipelines. Furthermore, the renovation of more than 600 outdated elevators in residential buildings across urban areas will also be advanced.
