Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province is set to launch over 100 initiatives aimed at establishing a comprehensive three-tier elderly care service network at the county level by 2026. These efforts will make care services readily accessible to seniors, ensuring support is available near their homes, within their neighborhoods, and throughout their communities.
