Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province plans to accelerate the development of several higher education institutions in its border regions in 2026. Key construction projects include the Suifenhe Campus of Heilongjiang University, the Fuyuan Campus of Jiamusi University, the Heihe Campus of Heilongjiang Nursing College, and the Mohe School of Culture and Tourism under the Vocational College of the Greater Xing'an Mountains Region.
