Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province will launch a pilot program to revitalize senior high schools at the county level. The initiative aims to add and upgrade 12,000 quality student placements in county-level senior high schools by 2026. The move is part of wide efforts to improve the overall educational quality of these schools.
