Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province will roll out a new round of policy measures to spur entrepreneurship and generate more jobs in 2026. The package includes plans to establish 30 “entrepreneurship blocks” and 30 business incubators. It also entails issuing over 400 million yuan (about 57.56 million U.S. dollars) in startup guaranteed loans. These efforts are expected to help create employment for more than 50,000 people through entrepreneurship-driven initiatives.
