Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province will roll out targeted measures in 2026 to promote employment among key demographic groups, including migrant workers and university graduates.The northeastern province will focus on enhancing vocational skills through innovative training models, such as those integrating industry needs with education and competition, customized training programs, and project-based training initiatives.Specialized public employment service campaigns will also be launched to provide precise support, with the aim of dynamically addressing the employment needs of zero-employment households. Plans will be in place for vocational training to benefit more than 200,000 individuals, while over 55,000 people facing difficulties in finding jobs are expected to receive employment assistance.
