Traveling to Mohe to see the northern lights has become an increasingly popular choice for tourists. Recently, more than 100 visitors from Singapore and Malaysia in Southeast Asia took a folk culture-themed train in northeast China to begin their journey to witness the rare phenomenon.
This is reported to be the largest international tourist group served by the themed train since its launch.
To ensure a good experience for the guests from afar, bilingual volunteers are available throughout the journey, providing assistance and introducing the scenery and folk culture along the route. As night falls, the northbound train, filled with laughter and joy, brings warmth to the cold winter nights of northern China.
China Railway Harbin Group has been making increased efforts to operate multi-themed tourist trains, aiming to showcase the winter landscapes of Heilongjiang Province and ensure that every journey becomes a treasured memory.
