Yichun City in northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province has launched a free shuttle service for winter tourists on the century-old Central Street in Harbin.
The tourist-friendly initiative, available for the winter season, will arrange buses based on real-time travel demand. Tourists who book Yichun-bound packages through certified travel agencies and complete registration are eligible for the complimentary door-to-door group transportation service.
Yichun, located in Heilongjiang Province, is known as “China's forest capital” due to its rich ecological resources. The move aims to improve the travel experience and boost the local winter tourism.
