On Dec. 10, Harbin Polarland distinguished itself among leading global brands at the Effie Culture and Tourism Awards, recognized for its exceptional performance and innovative accomplishments.
At the 2025 awards ceremony, Harbin Polarland secured two prestigious titles – “Most Effective Cultural Tourism Destination of the Year” and “Most Effective Brand of the Year” – alongside renowned resorts such as Shanghai Disney Resort and Universal Beijing Resort.
Furthermore, its campaign titled “Runaway Penguin: A Billion-Stream IP Promoting Heilongjiang’s Ice and Snow Tourism” earned a bronze award in the IP Marketing category. This achievement made Harbin Polarland the only cultural tourism attraction in Northeast China to receive this honor.
The Effie Culture and Tourism Awards are globally acknowledged as the sole international marketing communications award that evaluates campaigns based on their demonstrated effectiveness.
