On September 4th, just before the Mid-Autumn Festival, Tongjiang City in Heilongjiang Province showcased the "world's largest Kaluga sturgeon mooncake" on Harbin's Central Street. This mooncake, with a diameter of 90 centimeters and weighing nearly 100 kilograms, attracted a continuous stream of citizens and tourists who stopped to admire it and eagerly tasted it.
At the event, other specialty foods such as Kaluga sturgeon mooncake, Kaluga sturgeon canned fish, and Kaluga sturgeon hot pot were also featured, highlighting the unique natural resources and rich cultural heritage of Tongjiang, Jiamusi, known as the birthplace and main settlement of the Hezhe ethnic group.
