(ECNS) -- "It listens carefully to what the people want, gets its ideas from the people, and it gives them back to the people," said Stephen Perry, chairman of the 48 Group Club in a recent exclusive interview with China News Network when commenting on the feature of the CPC.
"The CPC is very capable, very smart, very hard-working," noted Perry. He said the Chinese way is the first levels of modernization completed in under 40 years, which is unheard of in the history of the world. With nobody knowing exactly what will happen, the CPC has made the development plan that is very well considered and laid out at every stage, and it works with the people to get everything right and makes in-time adjustments.
The CPC listens carefully to what the people want, said Perry, and he noticed that what follows behind is concrete actions and benefits to be brought back to the people. This has helped China create a marvelous economic miracle.
In the interview, Perry shared his observations on China's agricultural modernization and praised China for providing a model for the world in achieving the majority of it in under 40 years, while in some countries, that might take two to three hundred years. “The people of China are very happy with the modernization and they get used to the changes.” Perry found that the people are getting better off and living a happier life.
"The method is to rely on the people to do the modernization process, according to the realities of the Chinese situation. That is a very good approach for countries all over the world," concluded Perry.
