The 2023 Boao Forum for Asia (BFA) annual conference was held in Boao, south China’s Hainan Province from Mar. 28 to Mar. 31, 2023. Delegates from governments, business, academia and media from all over the world dived deep into the theme of the conference “An Uncertain World: Solidarity and Cooperation for Development amid Challenges”.

Mr. Fey spoke highly of China's performance in science and technology investment and intellectual property protection.
