69 priceless treasures in the second batch from the Palace Museum in Beijing were unveiled at the Hong Kong Palace Museum in October.
These cultural relics serve as a replacement for the works displayed since the opening of the Hong Kong Palace Museum including calligraphy, painting, textiles and other fragile and light-sensitive works, which can only be displayed for three months for the sake of cultural relics protection.
