With a total investment of over 170 billion yuan (about 26.7 billion U.S. dollars), more than 1,900 major projects have been launched in northeast China's Heilongjiang Province in April, injecting new impetus into local development.
According to the statistics for the first two months of this year, the number of newly-launched projects in the province increased by 100 percent year on year.
