The 35th China Harbin Summer Concert will kick off on September 15th. There are seven sections: opening Ceremony performance, national exhibition activities, "Brilliant 100 Years" series performance, "East Asian Cultural Capital" city characteristic performance and forum, "College Talent Gathering" series concert, fashion and culture exhibition activities, and mass cultural activities. It runs until November.
