Du Jiahao, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yin County, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1955, and joined the CPC. He is a postgraduate graduate of the Party school of the CPC Central Committee with a master's in business administration. He currently serves as vice-governor of Heilongjiang province.
