Despite the impact of the epidemic, more than 3,600 legislator participants received online and offline training offered by China's top legislature this year, according to the National People's Congress (NPC).
The latest offline training session was held in Beijing from Monday to Thursday, attracting 195 NPC deputies from across the country.
The new courses, which focus on the guidelines of the fifth plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China Central Committee, will be uploaded to an online training platform, making them available to all NPC deputies.
The platform was launched on July 1 to offer internet-based video courses. Enditem
