A booklet of a circular on curbing "formalities for formalities' sake" practices has been published by the People's Publishing House.
Released by the General Office of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, the circular stressed consistent efforts to eliminate "formalities for formalities' sake" and avoid placing unnecessary burdens on primary-level authorities.
The booklet comprises the full text of the circular and the question-and-answer content between the office and journalists.
The booklet is available at Xinhua Bookstore outlets across the country.
