Recently, Mayor Tihomir Petkovic, the mayor of Užice, Serbia, the latest sister city of Harbin, expressed his condolences to the Harbin municipal government and the people of Harbin through a video.
He said that the government and all citizens of Užice, Serbia, will work together with Harbin to overcome difficulties.
