An article by President Xi Jinping on Party building in central Party and state institutions has been published Friday in the 21st issue of the Qiushi Journal this year.
The article is a transcript of a speech by Xi, also general secretary of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the Central Military Commission, at a July meeting on Party building in central Party and state institutions.
