Real estate conglomerate China Evergrande Group saw its sales edge up last month.

June's contracted sales totaled about 50.26 billion yuan (about 7.3 billion U.S. dollars), up roughly 0.4 percent year on year, the company said in a statement Wednesday.

Total contracted sales in the first half of this year reached about 281.8 billion yuan, accounting for about 46.97 percent of its annual target for 2019.

The company aims to increase sales to 600 billion yuan this year after selling 551.34 billion yuan of properties in 2018.
