Following are the schedules for the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and the second session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Tuesday.

NPC:

-- NPC deputies will hold a plenary meeting in the morning, when Chief Justice Zhou Qiang will deliver a report on the work of the Supreme People's Court (SPC), and Zhang Jun, procurator-general of the Supreme People's Procuratorate (SPP), will deliver a report on the SPP's work. A chairpersons' meeting will take place afterwards.

-- NPC delegations will hold plenary meetings in the afternoon to deliberate the revised draft foreign investment law and the work reports of the SPC and the SPP.

-- At 3:00 p.m., officials with the SPC and the provincial higher people's courts of Fujian and Jiangxi will give a press conference.

CPPCC:

-- Members of the CPPCC National Committee will observe the NPC plenary meeting in the morning.

-- In the afternoon, national political advisors will hold panel meetings to deliberate draft resolutions and reports, and discuss the work reports of the SPC and the SPP.
