Following are the schedules for the second session of the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) and the second session of the 13th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Wednesday.

NPC:

-- NPC deputies will hold panel meetings to examine the report on government work delivered by Premier Li Keqiang.

-- In the morning, the newsroom for the NPC annual session will hold a press conference on advancing the high-quality development of China's economy, where He Lifeng, head of the National Development and Reform Commission, and Ning Jizhe and Lian Weiliang, both deputy heads of the commission, will answer questions from news media.

CPPCC:

-- Members of the 13th CPPCC National Committee will hold panel discussions about the government work report.

-- In the afternoon, political advisors will give a press conference on optimizing the business environment and facilitating the high-quality development of the private sector.
