On 15th, Harbin Municipal Bureau of Commerce received state council Document No. 48 - Harbin comprehensive bonded zone officially been approved. Recently, the area of Harbin comprehensive bonded zone was closed. It expected to operate within this year. After it completed, the enterprises in the zone will enjoy the policies of duty free, bonded, drawback and others. It will carry out the operation mode of outside the customs and within the boundary. It covers all functions and preferential policies of bonded zone, export processing zones, bonded logistics park.
