So far, the world’s largest, one of the fastest barque-Russian’s carrack “Pallada” arrived in Dalian successfully on February 28^th . Today, China’s Dalian port, will invite Chinese media representative to make a tour on board .

According to an introduction by Russian consulate general in Shenyang, Russian sailing emissary communication activity with Chinese media representative in Dalian, is aimed at promoting communication activities between the two nations China . It interacted with strategy of “one belt one road”.

Russian consul general in Shenyang Bai Deifu, representative of Russian Federation Fishery Bureau, Andry, captain of carrack Pallada, Nikolay Zorchenko and some crew representatives guided Chinese media journalists to visit this Pallada which voyaged round the world twice successfully.

Bai Deifu emphasizes to reporters coming from Northeast Website and Partner Website, that in recent years, China and Russia have seen continues development in all fields and in different levels of strategic interaction. In May 2015, head of states of both nations announced that 2016/2017 is China and Russia Media Communication Year. This is another great stride in closing the gap between both nations in the field of humanity. Five regions of Russian Far-East Share border with Heilongjiang Province, hope the media could introduce the life of the common people in those regions; and lay the foundation for the people. Heilongjiang’s Medias has already started cooperation with Russian Media, through holding Russian Language Contest, artistic performances and others they opened up other humanitarian cooperation between both nations. Harbin and Dalian are the two bright pearls in their consular district. Wish Chinese and Russian will take a step forward in promoting friendship, deepen understanding and carry out media exchange .

“Pallada’s” Captain Nikolay Zorchenko always called the reporter “fellow-townsman”. He talked about his first visit to Harbin Last November, he sighted that although he heard a lot of descriptions of Harbin, he still felt unparalleled shock when he was personally on the scene. Now he has set up a good cooperative relationship with Heilongjiang’s Northeast Agricultural University. They hope to have chance to enter the large activities in Harbin.

According to the introduction, “Pallada” Sailboat is one of the largest, fastest barque in the world at present. The ship was completed and entered the water on July 4^th 1989. It visited sixty countries and one hundred and seventy ports. The ship started off on February 12^th from Russia Vladivostok to start training sailing. China’s Dalian is the origin station of this ship in 2016. Pallada Sailing will stay in Dalian February 29^th. During its stay, the crew and cadets will meet and exchange with Dalin’s media representatives, part of cooperation of colleges and universities and enterprise representatives. The next stop is South Korea, it will then visit China’s Shanghai, Qingdao and other cities.
