The Shanghai Disney Resort signed a strategic agreement with the China Pacific Insurance Group on March 1, 2016 in Shanghai.

The Shanghai Disney Resort and the China Pacific Insurance Group have formed a multi-year strategic alliance, which recognizes CPIC as an official insurance sponsor of the resort.

The agreement marks another milestone in the resort's pre-opening development. As part of the agreement, CPIC will sponsor the resort's iconic show "Ignite the Dream: A Nighttime Spectacular of Magic and Light," which will be presented nightly at the Enchanted Storybook Castle.

In addition, CPIC will have other integrated brand presence at the resort.

"Shanghai Disney Resort is dedicated to providing world-class family entertainment to the people of China, and we are excited to work with CPIC to together create memorable experiences for our guests," said Philippe Gas, general manager of Shanghai Disney Resort.

The Shanghai Disney Resort is a joint venture between The Walt Disney Company and the Shanghai Shendi Group.

CPIC was established in 1991, headquartered in Shanghai. Now the company has become a leading integrated insurance group, which has been listed on the Fortune Global 500 for five consecutive years.
